At the start of each semester, the IT Helpdesk receives higher than normal volumes of tech support requests. Our priority at this stage is to ensure that Registration/Enrollment services and Student lab/classrooms are not affected by this increase in requests. If your request falls outside of these 2 areas you may experience some delayed response from us this first week, unless the request falls under the following categories:
1. Class in progress, multiple systems down, VIP, business meeting in progress OR
2. Degradation in service affects multiple users
We will be working hard to get to you but if you experience any delays particularly for single user affected requests, please take advantage of available resources in areas such as faculty lounge, library etc.
